IGI Markets – Crypto Commission Authority Announces IGI Markets As Newest Certified Member

30th of August 2021 – The Crypto Commission Authority today announces IGI Markets as its newest certified Fx&CF. The brokerage is the latest online trading platform to join the ranks of the dispute resolution agency, highlighting the increased interest and demand for independent external dispute resolution (EDR) services for Fx&CF industry participants.

IGI Markets status as a certified Fx&CF Member of the Crypto Commission Authority took effect on the 30th of August 2021, following the certification process being finished after 30 days from application, thus supporting the broker and its client traders with access to a variety of services and certified member benefits which include protection for up to €100,000.

The Crypto Commission Authority Compensation Fund is a fund that works as insurance for the clients of our brokers. It is used only if the broker refuses to obey the decision of the Commission or if they are removed from the Commission without being paid based on a decision that was awarded against them.

The decisions of the commission are binding on brokers, and for clients only if they accept the resolution. If the applicant agrees with the decision, they will have to accept it within 14 days. If the client does not respond to the decision during this period, the application is considered closed.
